Avoid chemicals and highly refined food like dairy products (except yogurt), sugars (refined), sugar substitutes and artificial sweeteners, white flour, hydrogenated fats like margarine, pesticide laden foods, diet foods, fat free foods, carbonated drinks, diet soda.
Foods to consume more
Start consuming more proteins like meat (organic), eggs, seeds, nuts and quinoa. You should also consume more sea salt, carrots, avocados, prunes, potatoes, oranges, dates, asparagus, whole grains and apricots.
Take the following supplements:
Zinc, selenium, vitamin B complex, kelp, cooper, omega 3, L-tyrosine and brewer’s yeast. The dosage is different for each individual so ask a nutritionist for your dosage.
