The result – acute psychosis
Recently, an Italian study was published in the Clinical Autonomic Research Society journal explaining how Red Bull caused a “postural tachycardia syndrome (POTS) associated with a vasovagal reaction,” in one young Italian volleyball player. The study said: “Considering the widespread use of Red Bull among young people who are often unaware of the drink’s drug content, this case report suggests the Red Bull to be considered as a possible cause of orthostatic intolerance.”
Orthostatic intolerance is a medical condition which occurs when a person sitting stands up rapidly, causing increased heart rate. POTS is related to chronic fatigue syndrome, which is why you should avoid energy drinks when feeling tired. Alcohol is a powerful neurotoxin which poisons your brain and increases your insulin levels.

There are far better options out there than energy drinks. If you feel tired all the time, it can be caused by unhealthy habits such as:
Lack of physical activity;
Consumption of low-quality foods.
