Brazilian diets are one of the most popular nowadays and that is due to its fast promising results.There are 2 versions of the diet:normal and fast.The normal one includes fruits and vegetables which are necessary for out health and are also very beneficial.And the fast version it has more negative effects on your overall health,that is why we are not going to mention it here.On the other hand,the normal version has 4-5 meals per day and if you have decided to follow this diet plan then you will achieve excellent results.

Diet plan for 7 days

–Monday

Breakfast: 2 orange, 1 banana and 2 cup orange juice

Snack: 2 cup orange juice 1 slice toast

Lunch: 150g boiled fish, 150 grams of fresh veggie salad

Dinner: Same as lunch

–Tuesday

Breakfast: 3 soft-boiled egg, 1 cup apple juice

Snack: 1 small piece of toast, 2 cup apple juice

Lunch: 200 grams of cooked meat, 2 boiled potatoes, 3 lettuce leaves

Dinner: 250 grams boiled fish, 2 hard-boiled egg, lettuce, peas (fresh or canned)

Before going to bed: 2 cup apple juice, 1 toast

–Wednesday

Breakfast: 1 cup lean milk, 1 slice of toast

Snack: 100 grams of lean cheese

Lunch: 100 grams of rice, 100 grams of fresh cabbage salad with 2 tablespoon lemon juice and finely chopped parsley

Dinner: 150 grams of cooked meat, 2 apple, 3 lettuce leaves

–Thursday

Breakfast: 2 cup pineapple juice, 70 grams of pineapple

Snack: 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 small piece of toast

Lunch: 150 grams of boiled meat, a small piece of cheese and 1 orange

Dinner: 2 boiled potatoes, 200 grams of grated carrot salad

Before going to bed: 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 slice of toast.

–Friday

Breakfast: 2 cup apple juice, 1 small toast

Snack: 3 apple, 1 orange

Lunch: 150 grams boiled fish, 3 small boiled carrots

Dinner: 2 bowl of vegetable soup (cream or mushroom soup or fish stew), a small piece of bread

–Saturday

Breakfast: 2 cup apple juice, 1 slice of toast

Snack: 200 grams of boiled grated beats salad with a little oil

Lunch: 1 bowl of vegetable soup, creamy mushroom soup

Dinner: 150 grams of mushrooms, 100 grams of veggies salad

Before going to bed: 2 cup apple juice, 3 biscuits.

–Sunday

Breakfast: 2 bananas, 1 handful of grapes

Snack: 2 cup of carrot juice, 1 small piece of toast

Lunch: 150 grams of boiled meat, 100 grams of salad of fresh cabbage and juice of 2 lemons

Dinner: 1 bowl of vegetable soup,fish stew, 100 grams of fruits, 5 lettuce leaves

Before going to bed: 1 cup apple juice, 3 dried figs.

This plan can be used just for 2-4 weeks no longer than that because it is not good to practise one regime for a long time.You must consume more fruits and vegetables in order to increase the protein intake.This is not some strict diet because during the day you are going to consume enough vitamins and minerals.You should be also more physically active by doing some exercises,walking,swimmng and cycling while you are on this diet.
