HEALTHY AND QUICK ICE CREAM RECIPE WITH 1 INGREDIENT

So here is a very simple, quick and easy ice cream recipe with only 1 ingredient. You will not feel guilty when you eat it but you will satisfied for sure.
The banana is specific fruit that has a special texture and rich flavor, and at this sweet fruit is the secret of the cheapest and healthiest creamy ice cream without gluten and without artificial sweeteners. The preparation of banana ice cream is very simple.
Peel the bananas and chop them into circles and place them in a bowl or bag and place in freezer. Let there for 2 hours, until they are completely hardened. Put them in a blender and blend until you get a thick and sticky mixture.
The bananas now have a structure of ice cream, and if you want it to be more thicker, put the mixture of bananas in the freezer to thicken a bit more.

1.Peanuts– in blender add 3 tablespoons of peanut butter and 1 tablespoon honey.
2.Strawberries– in the blender add sliced frozen strawberries (quantity optional) and 2 tablespoons greek yogurt.
3.Chocolate– in the blender add 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon of sweetener and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
