10 stems of fresh parsley (no root)
1 liter of home-made red or white wine
Two tablespoons of wine vinegar
300 g of natural honey
Put ten of the fresh parsley stalks with leaves in a liter of pure natural wine
Add 1-2 tablespoons of pure vinegar.
Cook for 10 minutes over low heat (be careful, it can start forming foam).
