A recent study examined the dietary habits of 48 children aged up to 10 divided in two groups, and it was aimed at finding foods that will reduce hunger and the daily calorie intake in children. The results showed that the children who ate eggs for breakfast regularly consumed 70 calories less than the other group. According to the nutritionists that conducted the study, this is not surprising at all – as they say, eggs should be the primary choice of breakfast for kids and adults both.
